  I'm not going to have the pleasure of celebrating it. I've got to go to our Deputy Head's Ball for her retirement. So that will be like a horror film in itself, seeing a hall full of teachers dancing!

    Well, it's probably going to be The Undead again, and maybe Carnival of Souls. And it's about time I got a copy of The Haunting on dvd. So is anyone else planning their own Friday the 13th movie night for this one? The Odeon in Southampton is doing a Fright Night Triple Bill of The Exorcist, Friday the 13th and Scream, which I really didn't find to be that tempting of a selection.

      I love Carnival of Souls. The guy who made that mostly made his living doing those weird educational shorts in the 1950s.
